Roxana Staniloaie

Just between the two of us, I have more than 16 years of experience as a lawyer. Since 2005, I am sharpening my skills in the cases I handle, and I am developing my professional path with purpose and intention. I like understanding business and the client´s specific needs and objectives, not just the law and I am passionate about creating pretty precise strategies and implementing them. If they don´t work as planned, I am flexible and quick enough to adapt or even radically change them. I believe in consistency, rather than intensity, in the lessons of the experience and in innovation. I usually know the drill of the legal cases I take, but I also feel energized and inspired by the challenges of the path I did not yet walk. There is nothing that a sharp mind cannot unlock with curiosity and ambition.
