Dealing with public authorities is never easy. Therefore, we expanded our area of services to include legal representation and assistance related to obtaining permits and any kind of other administrative documents, annulling administrative acts issued especially by the tax authorities and annulling sanctions imposed by public authorities.

A special challenge are the litigations in the field of fiscal law related to V.A.T. Whether the authorities refuse to recognize it at deductible or refuse to reimburse it, the impact on the business is significative. We are here to right this wrong, with the support of the CJUE case – law which is very helpful in this field.
